Da Vinci Maestro Series 10 brushes have finely shaped tips with high elasticity. They have a rounder and fuller shape compared to the Series 35. They have short black polished handles and seamless ferrules. Furthermore, they are suitable for watercolor, gouache, glass painting, graphics, design, and restoration.

The ‘Maestro’ designation is reserved for brushes manufactured using male winter Siberian Kolinsky Red Sable fur. These are Da Vinci’s top-of-the-line, highest quality brushes. The extra sharp needle-like point and longer tapered hair length results in faster action at the tip and a snap at the point.
